Our mission is to be the absolute best eye center in the entire Ilocos Region.

We constantly improve ourselves in order to be the perfect eye center for the everyday man and woman living in Pangasinan and the nearby areas. We will be affordable, friendly, trustworthy and reliable, and we hope to surprise everyone with our care and our service. We fully believe we can be a strong positive force in the community and a source of pride for the people of San Fabian.

OUR HISTORY

The Guillermo B. De Venecia Eye Center was built by the De Venecia family in the mid to early 2000s and was originally called the Free Rural Eye Clinic. Doctors from around the world would visit to perform surgeries.

CharityVision, a United States eye charity, bought the clinic in 2014 from the De Venecia family, with the intention of turning it into a fulltime clinic that still served the community by providing affordable eye care for everyone. The De Venecia name was kept to honor the great eye doctor, Dr. Guillermo B. De Venecia, and his impact he has made in Pangasinan and beyond.

The Guillermo B. De Venecia Eye Center (also called The De Venecia Eye Center) is now open 5 days a week and employs some of the best eye surgeons from around Luzon. Since 2016, the De Venecia Eye Center has been DOH approved and Philhealth accredited. It provides basic eye care services, glasses prescriptions, as well as eye surgery such as cataract surgery and yag laser treatments.

The profits earned by The Guillermo B. De Venecia Eye Center are donated to Mabuhay Deseret Foundation, a surgical charity that has provided thousands of charity surgeries on average EACH YEAR in the Philippines since 1987.
